What happens now?

Shortly you will receive an email, welcoming you as a new client and confirming that your ads are now live on Google.co.uk. We aim to have your website live on the first page of Google.co.uk within 48hrs (for Google AdWords).

Under which keywords will my business be found?

At the point of sale your keywords/phrases were agreed with me. These will be emailed to you when your account goes live on Google. It is possible for you to add or change your keywords/phrases. For more information please contact me.

Will you ring me before my renewal is due?

Due to the large volumes of clients renewing their services each month, I am sure you can appreciate logistically it's not possible to call every client, every month whilst maintaining an effective low cost marketing solution. I do however commit to ensuring your search engine ranking report is sent at the end of the month. These statistics will be sent to your email address. Receiving your analytics prior to your renewal date, allows you to make an informed decision on how best to proceed.

Am I guaranteed to be on the first page of Google 24/7

It's not possible for any company including Google to guarantee to have your website on the first page 24hrs a day 7 days a week. I will aim to have your key phrases appear on the first page of Google everyday for one calendar month. Whilst I am constantly monitoring your positions if for any reason your advert does not appear please contact me immediately and we will use the best endeavours to regain your position.

Can you guarantee what position my ad will appear on the first page?

The positions Google allocates clients on the 1st page is derived from many different factors. As your competition makes changes to their website or their marketing this can force a change in your position. I aim to keep you as high on the page as possible.
